What we collect
When you complete a form on this website, such as a demo request or a contact form, we collect the details you provide: your name, your email address, your telephone number where you give one, the name of your organisation and the content of your message.
When you visit the website our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, so that the site can be delivered and kept secure. If you accept cookies, we also measure how the website is used.
Why we use it, and on what basis
We use the details from forms to answer your question, to plan and deliver a demonstration and to follow up afterwards. The basis for this is the performance of an agreement, or steps taken at your request before entering into one.
We use technical and analytical data to keep the website working, to keep it secure and to understand how it is used. The basis for this is our legitimate interest in a functioning, safe and improving website.
We only send you marketing communication if you have consented to it, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.
Cookies
Nothing is placed on your device before you accept the notice. Accepting turns on our analytics and lets the pages that embed a tool from another company load it.
Who we share it with
We share personal data with service providers who work on our behalf, for example for hosting, email and analytics. They process data on our instructions and under a processing agreement. We do not sell personal data.
Framer. Hosting of this website and basic visit statistics.
Google. The website statistics described in our cookie statement, the fonts and the map on our contact page, and our email through Google Workspace.
HubSpot. The contact form, the demonstration scheduler and the customer records behind them.
We share data with others only where the law obliges us to, or where you have asked us to.
Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Some of our service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards permitted under the GDPR, such as the European Commission standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data no longer than is necessary for the purposes set out above, or for as long as the law requires us to keep it.
Messages and demonstration requests. Kept for as long as they are needed for the contact and any relationship that follows.
Analytics. Kept for fourteen months after the last visit.
Hosting. Data our hosting provider processes for us is kept for as long as we use the service, and is deleted at our request. Copies may remain in backups for a limited time.
How we protect it
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss and against unlawful processing, including access control, encryption of data in transit and logging.
Your rights
You have the right to ask us for access to your personal data and to have it corrected, deleted or its processing restricted. You may also object to processing, and ask to receive your data in a portable form. Where processing rests on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, write to info@weaverfortravel.com. We respond within one month.
Questions and complaints
If you believe we handle your personal data incorrectly, we would like to hear from you first so that we can put it right. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
